I am Karola, a medical massage therapist with over a decade of experience in luxury 5-star hotels, professional sports and holistic healing.
My expertise ranges from wellness and pregnancy massage to Gua Sha, cupping, sport massage and kinesio taping.
At Healing Hands Interlaken I combine knowledge, passion and care to create a space where you can relax, heal and reconnect with your body on a deeper level.
My Story
Since 2014, I have dedicated my life to the art of massage therapy. After graduating as a medical massage therapist, I began my journey in the luxury hotel industry, working with renowned 5-stars hotels and their high standards of care.
My career took me to the Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa, where I worked not only as a therapist but also as a trainer of the therapist, guiding others in maintaining excellence.
I later continued my work at Grindelwald Sunstar Hotel and Bergwelt Hotel, Conservatorium Hotel Amsterdam, gaining valuable experience and refining my approach.
Alongside my work in hospitality, I developed expertise in a wide range of techniques, including Gua Sha, Cupping Therapy, Wellness Massages, Thai Yoga Massage, Pregnancy Massage. With background in basketball and handball, I also specialize in Sport Massage and Kinesio Taping.
For two years, I had the privilege of working as the massage therapist for Interlaken FC Football Team, supporting athletes in their performance and recovery.
Over the years, I realized that my vision of healing went beyond the traditional hotel spa environment. I believe massage is not only about relaxation- it is about truly healing people with passion, presence and respect. I wanted to create something more personal, more meaningful and more transformative.
That vision became Healing Hands Interlaken- a warm, cozy space where you can let go, reconnect with yourself and experience massage on a completely different level.
My mission is to help you discover not only deep relaxation but also a better understanding of your body, supported with love, care and genuine respect.
